Shipping policy

Payments & Dispatching:
Use our easy process checkout where we accept most payments on every online order.
We also accept other forms of payment for offline orders (PayPal, bank transfer or cash) - Please feel free to contact us with any enquiries.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct billing & delivery details when placing an order.
Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment.
Incorrect information may result in dispatch & delivery delays, so please double check during placing your order.

Delivery services:

Express Delivery – Delivery aim of 1-3 working days – Fully tracked service, at the delivery address only. Express shipping services only cover a Mainland U.K delivery excluding The Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland.

Standard delivery - Delivery aim of 3-7 working days from dispatch.
Standard Tracked Delivery - Delivery aim of 2-4 working days - Signed for and/or tracked service.

As and where possible, any Highland or offshore deliveries will be dispatched using Royal Mail at no extra cost. Specialised transport or pallet deliveries are available for large or bulky items – Please see the delivery info in the checkout or feel free to contact us to discuss. Please contact us before placing your order, to discuss your requirements.

Delivery terms:

Where a delivery upgrade is available, this will be seen in the checkout stage.
Our aim is to have your order delivered on time, but in the unfortunate event of a delivery delay please contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to rectify any issues as soon as possible.

Signed or tracked deliveries may require someone to accept the parcel upon delivery.
Tracking numbers are usually uploaded to your order after dispatch but can also be supplied upon request. If an item is returned back to us due to our couriers not gaining signature or contact, there may be a “Return to sender” fee to pay before we can resend your item(s). Any deliveries that require a signature, must be checked before signing. If the item or packaging appears to be damaged, it must be signed for as “damaged” to ensure a claim can be made against the courier.

International shipping:

We are not responsible for any customs related issues or charges in the receiver’s country.

Shipping Quotes

Shipping quotes can be requested for multiple items as and where possible – Please feel free to enquire before committing to an order. Shipping quotes are valid for 7 days after quoting.
