Vintage wooden tea crate / trunk from around the 1970's/1980's era.
We have several of these crates in stock and no two will be the same. Please use the photos to form part of the description, as the crate shown in the foreground is the one you will receive!
This particular crate has the bottom panel cut open, meaning it can be stood with the printing the right way up.
Made from old ply, with metal edge banding and unique stamp markings all round.
In a lovely original condition - Ideal to add to your own wax stain or leave "as is" for a beautiful rustic home feature!
The tea crates we have are unrestored with some having their old foil inside and sometimes remnants of tea dust.
These crates would have originally been used to ship tea across the world, so you will see age related patina, wear & tear, scuffs etc. All adding to it's original character.
Great for home decor, coffee tables, bedside tables, shop window displays, props, coffee shop decor and lots more!
